2. All pre order items delivery timeline is normally around10-15 WORKING DAYSand is subjected to custom clearance, logistics handling and also some un-foreseen circumstances. All Items displayed are pre-ordered items unless otherwise stated in our website.al date is just
Arrival date is just estimation, it migh delay due to factory out of stock or clearance issue, please do not place an order if you not willing to wait.
3. Discount rate are fixed and ALL PRICE ARE FINAL & NON-NEGOTIABLE.
4. Refund can be done only if
i) the items ordered are out of stock and payment has been made or
ii) the item(s) is having defect but no stock for replacemnt.
iii) the items ordered are DELAY for 45 days and payment has been made.
We will refund the full payment or keep the balance under your account fo future purchase.
5. All sales are final, NO REFUND/ CANCELLATION is allowed once order is placed.
6. All items are solely FIRST COME FISRT SERVE basis. Order will be proceed after received of FULL PAYMENT.
7. Buyer should allow within 2-3cm DISCREPANCIES for the measurement stated due to different ways of measurement.
8. Color of the real clothes might differ from the picture due to different color resolution of the devices, it might appear brighter/darker in real clothes due to strong studio lighting used. Please order only if your can accept.
9. EXCHANGE OFDEFECTED GOODS/ WRONG ITEMS can only be done if buyer reports to us within 24 hours upon receipt of the items. Any request made after 4th Jan will not be entertained. (Please refer Exchange & Return Policy)
10. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. MPL shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
11. Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of MPL and there will be no refunds.
12. Due to online store, customers need to be aware that, there will be risk of not knowing the cutting/ material as customers unable to touch or feel the material. Therefore, even with actual photos and details given, customers are responsible to make decision in purchasing the goods.
